Trials and manuals

Fixing bugs, adding logos and a standalone credits page. 

Added trial versions of the game, somehow they're about the same size but you know, that's how it is. 

Any progress you have in the trial version *should* carry to the full version. Pretty sure. Let me know if it doesn't.
